The client contacts us with either an acute issue that needs a quick fix or a chronic issue that may take several months of discussion and planning to resolve. This may include, but is not limited to:

The client needs to conduct a redundancy programme, but doesn't have the HR capacity available or doesn't know how to protect the company.​

The client has issues with governmental or regulatory authorities over compliance breaches and needs advise and support.

The client and Horizons go through where there is a lack of information or ability to understand why the issue is occurring in the first place, and a series of discussions take place over whether a remediation project or a change project is required. A remediation project fixes the existing issues so the business can function on it's intended path. A change project is one where improve is needed and the business changes course in order for it to operate more efficiently.
Analysis is undertaken to understand the cause and symptoms of the issue (root cause analysis). During this period, Horizons develop a number of hypotheses for testing as we try to establish the root cause for the businesses troubles. These hypothesis are then tested using business intelligence models provided through Microsoft Power BI until we find the correct result.
Horizons provides management with a dossier of information presented using insightful, meaningful and reaction driven metrics. This comes in the form of a package of reports which provide clarity on the actions that are required. The reporting takes the complicated and turns it into simple messages that cut through to the heart of the issue.
The directors and officers see the benefits of how the new information is presented and seek for this to be a repeatable service. Reporting is provided in both:

The client continues to use Horizons for specific advisory engagements, but it now invested in a monthly package relating to our of our disciplines: Finance, People (HR), Business Intelligence and Executive Coaching. Our subscriptions include, but is not limited to:
